About Entrain

The best thinking is scattered across ten thousand videos. We gather it, weigh it, and hand it back free.

Entrain is the deepest knowledge base in functional health, built on two bedrocks, circadian biology and mitochondrial health, with athletic performance rising from them. It exists for the conditions conventional care serves poorly: histamine intolerance, MCAS, gut and hormonal problems that are real, exhausting and hard to pin down. The best thinking about them is scattered across years of talks and posts; finding it should not be a second job.

How the engine works

Behind Entrain is a hand-picked panel of doctors, PhDs and clinicians whose public teaching we distil, sentence by sentence, with sources. Statements count for more when credentials check out and for less when money is involved; agreement only becomes a recommendation when several independent voices arrive at it separately.

One loud voice is never enough. A verdict earns its label from independent agreement, and where our sources genuinely split, we show you each case in their own words.

Every quote is attributed by credential descriptor, a cardiologist, a metabolic PhD, an allergist, with a source link and a timestamp to the moment itself. The panel stays behind the curtain; what reaches you is what they collectively point to, and where they honestly differ.

What the labels mean

  • Strong consensus and Recommended: several independent voices arrived at the same place separately.
  • Worth exploring: real support, still gathering weight.
  • Genuinely contested: our sources split, and that split is a finding in itself.
  • Our sources say skip: the weight of independent voices leans clearly away.
  • An early signal: independent support is thin so far.

What Entrain will never do

  • No paywall, no ads, no selling of data, ever.
  • No supplement sales, no affiliate links, no commercial interest in any recommendation.
  • No fear, and nothing here is a diagnosis.
  • No borrowed certainty. Contested stays contested.

Entrain is a free knowledge resource. It distils what the doctors, PhDs and clinicians behind it teach publicly, with sources, so you can explore and discuss it with your own clinician. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for medical care.
