Effective 26 August 2026. These terms cover entrainhealth.com and the Entrain app, on the web and in the iOS and Android apps, together "Entrain". Entrain is operated by SOX MEDIA LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using Entrain you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Entrain.

What Entrain is, and what it is not

Entrain is a wellness and education companion. It gathers the public teachings of health experts, distils them into verdicts and tools, and helps you notice patterns in your own logs and readings. It is built for learning and self-knowledge.

Entrain is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, it does not prescribe, and it is not a medical device. Nothing on Entrain is medical advice, and no answer from Ask Entrain, no verdict, no lab reading and no pattern is a substitute for the judgement of a qualified clinician who knows you. Always talk to your own doctor before changing medication, treatment, diet, supplements or training, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or living with a health condition, and never delay or ignore professional advice because of something you read here.

If you are in difficulty right now

Entrain, including Entrain Mind, is not a crisis service and cannot respond to emergencies. If you or someone near you is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number now. Your responsibilities

Use Entrain for your own personal, non-commercial wellbeing, and make your own decisions about your health with professional guidance.
Anything you log is under your control and on your device. Keep your device secure, and use the export in Settings if you want a backup; we cannot recover data that lives only with you.
Do not misuse Entrain: no attempts to break, overload or probe the service, no automated bulk access, no using Ask Entrain to generate harmful or unlawful content, and no reselling access to any part of the service.
Be honest with yourself about the limits of self-tracking. Numbers are a lens, not a verdict.

Connected services

Some features work with services other people run, and your use of each is also governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. Connecting an Oura ring uses Oura's sign-in and API. Ask Entrain and some site tools compose answers with OpenAI. The Sunday Letter is delivered through Mailchimp. The site is hosted on Vercel. The mobile apps may read from Apple HealthKit or Android Health Connect with your permission. We do not control these services, and if one changes or withdraws what it offers, the features that depend on it may change or pause with it. Entrain is not endorsed by or affiliated with Oura, Apple, Google, OpenAI, Intuit or Vercel.

Your data

Your logs and readings are yours. We claim no ownership of anything you record in Entrain. How information moves, and mostly does not move, is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Our content

The writing, verdicts, design, name, logo and code of Entrain belong to SOX MEDIA LLC or its licensors. You may read, use and share links to Entrain freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy substantial parts of the site, republish our verdicts as your own, or use our name or logo to suggest endorsement, without written permission. The experts whose public teachings inform our verdicts retain their own rights, and our summaries attribute by credential rather than by name.

Availability and changes

Entrain is free, and we work to keep it available and improving, but we cannot promise it will always be online, error-free or unchanged. We may add, alter or retire features, and we may suspend or end access that breaks these terms. If we ever discontinue the app, your data remains on your device and the export remains the way to carry it out.

Disclaimers

Entrain is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We weigh our sources carefully, but health science moves, experts disagree, and readings from connected services can be wrong or incomplete. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SOX MEDIA LLC and its members, managers and staff will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Entrain. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims relating to Entrain is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not permit us to limit, and nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights you hold under the laws of your home country.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your home country apply to you regardless. If something goes wrong, write to us first at hello@soxnews.net and we will try in good faith to sort it out. Failing that, disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Nevada, unless the law of your home country gives you the right to bring them where you live.

Housekeeping

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stands. If we do not enforce a term at some moment, we are not waiving it. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about Entrain. We may update these terms as Entrain grows; when we do, we will change the effective date above and, for meaningful changes, say so clearly on the site and in the app before they take effect. Using Entrain after a change means you accept the updated terms.
